Personal Life[]

According to Chowder Man's "History of Chowder Man" Chowder Man was born in 1954 and received his first guitar at the age of 12 from his mother. At age 20 he joined his first band, "The Badd Crowd." With help from his parents, he started a record label, "Chowder Entertainment," when he was 27 years old. He released his first album, If We Wanna, in 1982 and was commissioned to write the Gray's Peak Anthem. In 1986 he purchased a helicopter, known as the "Chowder Copter," and released a second album, Lookin' for Trouble, along with the single "Chowder Man's Hotel Room." He releases two more albums, Mountain Roar and The Zone, in 1989 and 1991 respectively.

Around this time, Chowder Man begins to face personal issues. He becomes an alcoholic, and his fame begins to decline. By 1997, he returns to music by writing jingles for many brands such SquisherZ, Granny Cream, Gray's Peak, and more. He becomes a part of the Merchantsoft team and in 1999, plans to return to the stage for the first time in almost a decade at Coolfest '99 with his new band, KRUNCHER, and believes that he'd be accepted by the Coolpunk community.

Coolfest turns out to be a complete disaster. The Chowdercopter crashes onstage and kills "Kuff" Johnson, the drummer for KRUNCHER, and Chowder Man loses his leg. He finally decides to retire from his music career, never releasing his final song, "One Legged Man."
