SteveGuy, or Steve Guy Whitacre, is a Hypnospace citizen in Open Eyed. He is notable for his Hypnospace page having been made in NetSettler, rendering it unviewable without Safe Mode activated.

SteveGuy makes his own sound effects, which comprise most of his page. All of them are available to download for free. They are of debatable quality, as he seems to produce all of them with his voice, even when they're supposed to sound like machinery or nature. One of the files is named "SteveGuy's SoundFX HypnoS theme" and one can use it as a sound theme.

SteveGuy also has a collection of healing stones available for download at the bottom of his page, which he claims are "from the master." They come in various shapes and sizes, but all have the same image on them.
